"Soul Surfer" SAG/NU Casting Call January 16 2010

The movie "Soul Surfer" (a true story about the surfer Bethany Hamilton who lost her arm in a shark attack and then returned to surfing) is having an open Casting Call on Saturday January 16 in the Sunset Room of the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of O'ahu from 10am to 4pm. They are looking for SAG and Non-Union background actors to portray the following roles:

1. 18 years and older (all ethnicities) Beach Goers, Surfers, Skateboarders and Church Patrons.
2. Adults able to portray 20 - 60 year old Thai adults.
3. Minors able to portray 5 – 12 year old Thai children.

Filming starts on Tuesday February 2nd 2010 on Oahu.
